Apprenticeship as electronic engineer (m/f/x)

Electrical factory machinery and production facilities will be your area of expertise in the future! You will install, service and repair switchboards and control systems, as well as energy-supply and lighting systems. Your skills will be needed wherever production facilities and operational plant are newly built, employed and serviced. In our workshops you will assemble components and control devices and then later install them in automatic equipment in our factory halls.

Apprenticeship as industrial mechanic (m/f/x)

Do you have a passion for milling, drilling and welding? Your job is to ensure that machines and manufacturing equipment are ready for operation, as well as servicing and repairing them. You will manufacture parts for machines and equipment and will then fit them in machines and technical systems. You will immediately recognise the causes of faults and will order the suitable replacement parts or make them yourself. Your work will also involve the layout and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Your remit will range from the workshop to the production facilities.

Apprenticeship as machine and equipment operator (m/f/x)

Do you see your professional future in industrial production? You might just make a great machine and equipment operator! Would you like to learn how to set up and commission manufacturing machinery and equipment, as well as operate, service and refurbish them? As the person responsible for the quality of the manufacturing parts, you will correct the settings and machine parameters where necessary.
Maintenance work and minor repairs, and the replacement of wearing parts will also be part of your varied remit.

Apprenticeship as warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/x)

After your apprenticeship as a warehouse operator, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge further and extend your apprenticeship by another year. You will have already learned how to properly store materials, you will have learned about workplace safety, health protection and environmental protection, you will know how to carry out goods checks, and you will know which quality assurance practices need to be implemented. You will be able to accept, check and store goods, prepare them for dispatch, package them and send them. As a warehouse logistics specialist, you will take on more administrative jobs and learn business skills. This includes working with computers.

Apprenticeship as mechatronics engineer (m/f/x)

Mechatronics engineers assemble equipment and machinery involving mechanical and electronic parts, bring them into service and operate them. You will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the equipment. You will process materials manually and using machines, and will mount mechanical, electromechanical, electrical and electronic components, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic controls for machines in mechatronic systems. You will fit manufactured components and parts, bring the machines into service, and operate them. In addition, you will maintain these machines and machine parts.

Apprenticeship as warehouse operator (m/f/x)

You will know which goods need to be stocked, and in which conditions. You will know how to find a secure storage place for them and how to record the goods in the company’s system. You will fill out the relevant warehouse papers and document the storage place and quantity of the stored goods. You will take deliveries of goods and check them. With the help of delivery notes, you will pick orders, package them securely and prepare them for shipping. You will transport materials and goods on the company premises and will help to load them onto trucks. Your remit will also include logging all goods in stock.

Apprenticeship as toolmaker (m/f/x)

Are you fascinated by how tools are made? Do you enjoy metalworking such as lathing, milling, drilling and eroding? You will be provided with technical drawings to carry out these kinds of jobs and will use them to help you manufacture cutting dies and bending tools for industrial series production. You will use measuring and testing devices to check the dimensional accuracy of workpieces to an accuracy of a thousandth of a millimetre. Alongside traditional manual working methods, you will also learn how to program CNC-controlled tool machines. You will test the finished tools on modern pressing machines in one of our production facilities.

Apprenticeship as industrial management assistant (m/f/x)

Your remit as an industrial management assistant is wide-ranging. You might equally be needed for order processing or in the Communications Department. Your training will enable you to flexibly switch from one job to the next. You might be needed in the Purchasing Department to source goods and materials, for customer acquisition, customer care, for offer preparation and invoicing, or you may be needed in the Marketing or Sales departments.

In Germany we offer apprenticeships at our two locations in Sauldorf and Krauchenwies.
In Switzerland our apprenticeships take place at our headquarters in Lengwil.
